Born in Northampton and now residing in London, Sharmaine Webster began her musical journey at a young age, writing songs and learning multiple instruments by the age of 10. Over the years, she has built a significant following, amassing nearly 80,000 followers on TikTok. Her music has received airplay on prominent UK radio stations, including BBC Radio 1Xtra and BBC Introducing. Sharmaine was recently selected for the Skarbek Songwriting Academy at KOKO Camden, a transformative program founded by Ivor Novello award-winning songwriter and producer Sacha Skarbek. This experience has further refined Sharmaine's artistry and songwriting expertise. As she continues to evolve her sound, Sharmaine Webster is proving to be an artist on the rise—one whose voice, both literal and lyrical, is impossible to ignore. Following on from her lead single “Sorry”, Sharmaine's debut EP is scheduled for release later this year, promising more authentic and emotive tracks that reflect her personal and artistic growth.
